These tools provide valuable information on candidates’ suitability for a job and fit with an organisation. By far the most effective use of psychometrics is in conjunction with other approaches, such as an interview and/or simulation exercise. They can speed up the ‘getting to know you’ process and help obtain insights you would not normally get.
We only use tests that have been rigorously developed and empirically researched to demonstrate their accuracy, fairness and relevance. We aim to be transparent in our charging structure so have published our maximum cost per questionnaire or test.
