What?

Providing a clear, straightforward and accurate description of a role is our primary aim when profiling roles. It often involves engaging a number of different people linked to the role – including it those doing the role, those who they work closely with and those with a clear understanding of the future requirements of the role.  

From the investigations, we produce a job description and/or person specification. The investigations can also be used to develop competency descriptions and competency frameworks.
