Happy 2022!

It’s already been an exciting start to the year here at Totem Towers, with new clients and new projects – we are all set to go!

And we have decided to do something a little different this year with these newsletters and our podcast.

We’re going to be running a theme each month, and focusing all our content on that. Starting with role profiling and assessment, as those tend to be big focus areas this time of year, now more than ever, we have a plan for the year as follows:

January – Role profiling (working out what you need when hiring)

February – Assessment (selecting the best talent for your roles)

March – International Women’s Day (and how we can support career development for underrepresented groups)

April – Psychological safety for greater performance, engagement and retention

May – Mental fitness for resilience

June – Psychometrics for assessment and development

July – Business partnering skills

August – Commercial awareness

September – Hybrid management (where are we now, what are the new challenges and what learning can we share?)

October – Presentation skills and impact

November – Facilitation skills

December – Reviewing the year and planning for 2023

The other change to our content this year is with our podcast. We’re moving to an audio-only podcast, whereas before we had the video as well for our YouTube subscribers. We’ll give it a go and see how that lands.
